As a hydraulic lifting and handling equipment, the  truck tail lift is driven by the on-board battery and is widely used in the rear of trucks and other types of vehicles. Its installation enables trucks to load and unload goods without being restricted by site, equipment and manpower. Only one driver is needed to easily complete the loading and unloading tasks. The tailboard is firmly installed on the rear frame of the car by means of a suspension bracket with five cylinders. Through electronic control operation, the tailboard can easily achieve vertical position, backward opening, horizontal descent until close to the ground, as well as downward tilt at the front end. The entire operation process is safe and convenient, and can be completed by only one person.
When loading and unloading the  truck tail lift, we need to pay attention to the following points:
The loading and unloading of vehicle tailboards, with their strong load-bearing capacity, have been widely applied in large and medium-sized vans, flatbed trucks and other vehicles.

Secondly, the operation and maintenance of loading and unloading the tailboard of a vehicle should be carried out by professionally trained personnel (usually vehicle drivers), and untrained personnel are not allowed to operate it without authorization.
Furthermore, when loading and unloading goods, they should be placed as close as possible to the root of the panel and ensure that they do not exceed the load-bearing limit of the tailboard.
In addition, when loading and unloading goods with the tailboard, it is essential to ensure that the vehicle's braking system is reliable to prevent sudden movement of the vehicle.
Finally, when loading and unloading the tailboard of a vehicle, it is necessary to ensure that no one enters the working area and maintain a safe distance.
