I. Usage Norms

Before doing work

Check that the structure has no cracks or deformations and that the bolts and pins are tightened. The oil and water levels in the power system are normal, and there is no leakage in the pipelines. The steel wire rope has no broken wires or strands, and the hook anti-disengagement device is effective. The safety devices such as limit switches, torque limiters and emergency stops are sensitive. Confirm that the environmental wind speed and the stability of the vessel meet the standards, and that the operators are certified to work.

After the no-load test run shows no abnormalities, operation can be carried out. Overloading and oblique pulling and lifting are strictly prohibited. The movements should be smooth and steady. Sudden stops and turns are strictly prohibited. Real-time monitoring of equipment and sea conditions, and immediate shutdown in case of strong winds and waves.

After work

Reset the boom and hook, and cut off the power supply. Clean the salt spray oil stains on the entire machine and organize the rigging. Fill in the operation log and hand it over.

Daily maintenance

Each shift should clean and prevent corrosion, tighten connecting parts, and lubricate bearings, gears and other parts as required. Check the condition of pipelines, circuits and safety devices.

Regular maintenance

Replace the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil periodically, and check the wear and tension of the steel wire rope. Verify the accuracy of the safety device; Inspect and repair the electrical system and hydraulic components, handle corrosion and structural hazards, and keep maintenance records.
